2022 Tri-Regulator Symposium

Faegre Drinker Partner Libbey Baney moderated a pair of panel discussions during the 2022 Tri-Regulator Symposium. “The Political Challenges of Misinformation — The Influence of Government on State Regulatory Bodies” explored how the amount of misinformation swirling around the COVID-19 pandemic played a crucial role in how both federal and state governments influenced state regulators and their collective response. “Legislative and Judicial Actions and Their Impact on Health Care” panelists shared their experiences regarding various legislative and judicial actions, including Roe vs Wade and COVID-19-related enforcements (eg, vaccine mandates and masking) and their effect on the delivery of health care.
