Join Faegre Drinker for an informative discussion examining the current trends in ERISA disability, life, and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) litigation. The Co-Leaders of Faegre Drinker’s ERISA Litigation Team, Kimberly Jones and Glenn Merten, will provide updates on the following:
- Disability Claims
- Disability Claims Regulations (including COVID-19 deadline extensions and the DOL’s information letter on audio recordings), deemed exhaustion, standard of review, discovery, and COVID-19 considerations.
- Life/AD&D Claims
- Failure to submit evidence of insurability and exclusions to AD&D claims.
