Overview
Florham Park partner Lynne Anne Anderson participated in a webinar, “Back to Work – Back to School: A Virtual Reality Check on Employment Issues Facing the Profession” on September 29, 2020. A partnership between the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Women in the Profession Section and the Essex County Bar Association’s Employment & Labor Law Committee, the webinar explored how attorneys are facing employment issues during this time while navigating work commitments, child care and/or school responsibilities. They also discussed the employers’ perspective as they manage staff facing these same issues. Other panelists include Hilary L. Kelly of Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Kathryn K. McClure of Smith Eibeler, LLC., and Susan L. Nardone of Gibbons P.C.
