2019 Annual Meat Conference

Faegre Baker Daniels Counsel Alyssa Rebensdorf will touch down in Dallas this March for the 2019 Annual Meat Conference, co-hosted by the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) and North American Meat Institute (NAMI). As part of the meat retailing exhibition and conference, Alyssa will lead a breakout session on cell-based and plant-based meats. Entitled "Alternative Meat Products: A Closer Look," the March 5 session will explore current consumer demand for alternative meats and how regulators will respond to and shape the arc of these new food products.
