Overview
Los Angeles partner Pascal Benyamini will present at the 6th Annual Southwest Regional Conference of the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA) on February 9. Pascal’s presentation is titled “Pitfalls and Pratfalls in Employee Relations,” and will discuss various topics including employee conflict management, wage and hour issues impacting employers nationwide, and workplace safety with regards to drug testing.
Conference attendees will include business owners (or their top executives) from California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Utah and New Mexico.
