ACC Corporate Counsel University: What To Do When S#!t Happens
Overview
Philadelphia partners Bob Juelke, Mike McTigue and Tony Pozos presented at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Corporate Counsel University at the Union League in Philadelphia on Tuesday, February 13, 2018. Their panel was entitled “What To Do When S#!t Happens.”
Bob, Mike and Tony were joined on their panel by John Bonelli, the General Counsel of Citrin Cooperman, an accounting firm based in New York. They shared practical advice on how new in-house counsel can navigate challenging issues, including when a deal goes south, when there is a whistleblower complaint, when you learn of a security breach, when you get served with a complaint, when an employee steals trade secrets or confidential information, and when you receive a government subpoena.
The Corporate Counsel University is geared towards attorneys who have transitioned to in-house counsel roles within the past five years.
