ABA Section of Litigation: Food & Supplements Seventh Annual Workshop

Join Faegre Baker Daniels' Alyssa Rebensdorf and Richard Wegener as they discuss food and supplement litigation and transparency in product marketing and labeling. Alyssa will join panelists to discuss common issues, such as when to hire an outside counsel to represent separate employees, the Park doctrine and collecting documents for civil litigation. Richard will moderate a panel that will look into how consumer insights drive companies efforts to formulate, describe and label products.
