Washington, D.C. partner Jesse Witten co-presented a webinar on the “Basics of the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute,” part of the American Health Lawyers Association’s series on health care law fundamentals. The first webcast took place on Thursday, February 9, 2017, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This webinar provided an overview of the basic tenets of the Anti-Kickback Statute, including statutory and regulatory structures; review of various safe harbors; the role of sub-regulatory guidance, such as alerts and advisory opinions; and recent updates and developments.
