Princeton partner Dorothy Bolinsky presented at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ 2017 U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference on October 27. Dorothy presented “The Truth, [But Not] the Whole Truth: What to Represent and What Not to Represent in Purchase and Sale Agreements.”

The workshop explored representations and warranties in purchase and sale agreements, as well as provisions from buyers’ and sellers’ perspectives. Specific topics included trends, regional differences and post-closing liability, standards, limitations and thresholds. Francesca Weindling of the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America presented with Dorothy.
