Regulating Innovation: Best Practices and Ethics in Health Law

Indianapolis, IN

Overview

Jessica Benson Cox and Joe Price of Faegre Baker Daniels will address "Liability Issues Surrounding Biosimilars" at the IU McKinney School of Law's 2016 Annual Continuing Legal Education Program. Biosimilar drugs are highly similar to, but not exact duplicates of existing biologics, rendering them different from more common small-molecule generics.

The day-long program will also cover issues such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, regulatory issues surrounding biosimilars, the DOJ's Yates Memo, best typography practices for lawyers in the digital age and an Indiana ethics update.

The program offers 6.0 hours of Indiana CLE credit.
