New final EEOC rules will significantly impact employer-sponsored wellness programs. This webinar helps employers understand how the new ADA and GINA rules apply to wellness programs, including programs that are not considered group health plans and how the new rules differ from existing HIPAA rules. Emphasis was on practical approaches to navigating the multiple laws.
