The DOL’s New FLSA Exemption Rules

Philadelphia partner David Woolf and associate Dennis Mulgrew gave a presentation for a CLE Roundtable titled, “The DOL’s New FLSA Exemption Rules.” David and Dennis discussed the new rule dramatically raising the salary floor applicable to the “white collar” overtime exemptions and the impact it will have on most companies, including the reclassification of millions of employees to non-exempt status.
