Reinstatement Risk Management

The LTC reinstatement process presents significant risk to insurers and has received increased regulatory scrutiny. Given the increased spotlight on the process, this presentation leveraged audience participation to examine and evaluate several hypothetical cases of reinstatement requests in order to arrive at best practices and procedures.
