San Francisco partner Cheryl Orr spoke at the Wage & Hour Litigation Conference, put on by Bridgeport Continuing Education, on October 9, 2015, in San Francisco, CA. The annual conference, which is geared for the advanced practitioner, covered the latest developments in the law of state and federal wage and hour actions as well as procedural advice from leaders in the field. The conference included a discussion of the development of recent major cases and decisions as well as a look at upcoming cases and current practice.
