Spoliation Tsunamis
Overview
Princeton counsel Karen Denys presented a workshop titled, “Spoliation Tsunamis,” at the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s Midwinter Conference on Thursday, January 29, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Karen presented alongside Michael Hornreich of Weinberg Wheeler & Higgins.
Karen and Michael spoke about how to respond to allegations of the failure to preserve and spoliation of evidence or the failure to give notice of repairs, and how to prevent similar allegations in the future.
