ABA Third Annual Food & Supplements Conference

Sarah Brew will co-chair and speak at the third annual Food & Supplements Conference sponsored by the American Bar Association.

Brew will speak on a panel will discussing the use of various terms in labeling that have generated regulatory and/or consumer fraud class action litigation. Tips for advising clients on regulatory requirements and risk management issues that should be considered along with the marketing aspects of the label will also be covered. Other panelists include senior representatives from Kellogg Company, Cargill, Treehouse and Welch's.
