Please join Faegre Baker Daniels LLP for an afternoon seminar on the risks of employment decisions, the costs of employment claims and how to avoid them, and ways to minimize the costs of employment litigation.

The event will feature interactive panel discussions and a presentation of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP's updated studies on Iowa Employment Awards and Iowa Federal Court Statistics on Summary Judgments. Guest speakers will include Beth Townsend, Executive Director of the Iowa Civil Rights Commission and members of her staff, as well as experienced mediators Peter Gartelos, Joan Morrow and Paul Thune.
