FDLI Food Advertising: Claims, Litigation and Strategies Conference

Partner, Sarah L. Brew, will participate in the November 6^th FDLI Food Advertising: Claims, Litigation and Strategies Conference in New York City. The program will address genetically modified food labeling and disclosure, key cases and settlements in 2013 and a look ahead to 2014, current FDA and FTC priorities, and strategies for dealing with and avoiding litigation issues. Sarah will moderate a GMO Dialogue between Karil Kochenderfer of Linkagers and Gregory Jaffe of the Center for Science in the Public Interest at 1:45 PM EDT.
