Fee Disclosure – A Practical Toolkit for Employers


You have received fee disclosures from your retirement plan service providers—now what? The August 30, 2012, participant fee disclosure deadline is fast approaching—are you prepared? Service provider disclosures under ERISA 408(b)(2) were due by July 1, 2012. Participant fee disclosures are due by August 30, 2012. Members of our ERISA team will provide you with an overview of the 408(b)(2) disclosure rules and help you prepare to review the disclosures you have received. In addition, our team will discuss participant fee disclosure issues in light of recent additional guidance from the Department of Labor.
