Colorado Collaborative Construction: Ways to Work Together to Decrease Risk and Increase Reward

Traditional construction procurement, contracting, and project delivery are often described as fragmented and adversarial. But in recent years, innovators in the construction industry have experimented with creative collaborative processes in an effort to increase productivity and lower risks.
