Perkins and Killion to Speak at the ABA's Forum on Franchising

Heather Perkins and Bill Killion will present at the American Bar Association's 35^th Annual Forum on Franchising in Los Angeles on October 3-5. Killion will present on the topic of "Group Litigation - Strategic Considerations for Cases Involving Numerous Parties," which will focus on the procedural devices best used to pursue and defend claims involving large numbers of parties, in both the non-class and class action context. Perkins will address the topic of "Protection of Franchise System Trade Secrets and Confidential Information." This panel will discuss a variety of issues, such as the challenge of protecting trade secrets and confidential information given the free flow of information on the Internet.
