Overview

The Construction Review and Outlook 2012 Conference is being co-chaired by Philip Bruner of JAMS – The Resolution Experts and Patrick J. O'Connor of Faegre Baker Daniels, authors of Bruner & O'Connor on Construction, on October 24-25, 2012, in Las Vegas. O'Connor will moderate the afternoon session on the first day and also present two individual talks — "Update: Indemnification and Liability in Construction Contracts" and "Synthesis and Implications — PM Program."

The purpose of this conference is to keep construction professionals current on the latest developments in the industry. Statutes and regulations, significant case decisions, and new requirements in construction contracting will be covered.

Conference participants will hear from 30 speakers from the top construction law firms, each speaking on their expert topic. The program will be filled with updated information that will be useful for both commercial and government construction contracting. The event will include:
