Directing Non-U.S. Based Operations on Global Fraud and Abuse Risks Under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)

Washington, D.C., partner Jesse Witten will speak at the American Conference Institute’s 11^th National Forum on Fraud and Abuse in the Sale and Marketing of Drugs, to be held on March 29-30, 2011, in New York City at the Millennium UN Plaza.  The subject of this year’s forum is “Strengthening Compliance Efforts in an Environment of Increased Government Scrutiny and Individual Indictments.”

Jesse, a partner of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and a member of the White Collar Criminal Defense & Corporate Investigations Team, will speak on the panel, “Directing Non-U.S. Based Operations on Global Fraud and Abuse Risks Under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).”  Jesse will outline how to get started with FCPA compliance as a part of the panel discussion.
