Overview

Washington, D.C., partner Jesse Witten will speak at the American Conference Institute’s 11th National Forum on Fraud and Abuse in the Sale and Marketing of Drugs, to be held on March 29-30, 2011, in New York City at the Millennium UN Plaza.  The subject of this year’s forum is “Strengthening Compliance Efforts in an Environment of Increased Government Scrutiny and Individual Indictments.”

Jesse, a partner of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and a member of the White Collar Criminal Defense & Corporate Investigations Team, will speak on the panel, “Directing Non-U.S. Based Operations on Global Fraud and Abuse Risks Under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).”  Jesse will outline how to get started with FCPA compliance as a part of the panel discussion.
