Overview
Los Angeles partner Pascal Benyamini provided a two-hour online instructional video for the Insurance Educational Association. The topic of Pascal's instructional video was Anti-Sexual Harassment. As part of the video, employers will learn what constitutes unlawful sexual harassment, what steps you must take when harassing behavior occurs in the workplace, and what you should do to avoid, prevent and stop harassment from occurring.
