Erika Collins Named a 2026 ‘Best Mentor’ Finalist by New York Legal Awards

New York office leader and labor and employment partner Erika Collins has been named finalist for “Best Mentor” as part of New York Law Journal’s New York Legal Awards 2026. The annual New York Legal Awards recognize the attorneys whose dedication, innovation, and leadership have profoundly impacted the legal profession across the state.

Erika was recognized by mentees for her commitment to giving direct access to interesting work and making sure those she mentors understand not just the law, but also the practical realities of client service. She is deeply respected for her commitment to mentoring and developing the next generation of lawyers.
