ABA Forum on Franchising Names Lauren Linderman “Future Leader”

Business litigation partner Lauren Linderman received the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising’s 2026 “Future Leader Award” at their 49th Annual Meeting in Toronto, Canada.

The Future Leader Award recognizes a franchise lawyer who has demonstrated “significant leadership efforts” in mentoring, growing membership, and growing the Franchise Forum.

An experienced franchise litigator, Linderman advocates on behalf of businesses and franchisors through various trade secret, noncompete, and trademark disputes. Linderman was recently named a “Top Woman in Law” and “Attorney of the Year” by the Minnesota Lawyer, “One to Watch” for commercial litigation by Best Lawyers®, and “Recommended” for U.S. Trade Secrets by World IP Review.
