Allen Wheeler Admitted to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers
Real estate partner Allen Wheeler has been admitted to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).
Admission to ACREL is by invitation only, extended to distinguished, nationally-known lawyers who have been elected to fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.
Wheeler works closely with clients to plan and carry out business-oriented commercial real estate projects, transactions and strategies. He is experienced in all aspects of real estate law, including purchases and sales, development, financing, leasing and environmental. In addition, Wheeler advises clients on the real estate and environmental implications involved in mergers and acquisitions. Wheeler has represented clients ranging from some of the largest international developers and landlords in the country to emerging local companies and banks in a host of national real estate-related activities.
Founded in 1978, ACREL has grown from its 125 charter Members to a current membership of over 1,000 prominent real estate lawyers practicing in 50 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
