Faegre Drinker Attorneys Named to 2022 Class of Legal Eagles by Franchise Times

Faegre Drinker partners Kerry Bundy, Heather Perkins, and Brian Schnell and counsel Lucie Guyot have been named to Franchise Times’ “2022 Legal Eagles” list.

Kerry Bundy is a business litigation partner in the Minneapolis office, where she represents franchisors and manufacturers in litigation, arbitration and mediation across various industries, including food and beverage, retail, leisure and fitness, health care, hospitality, and commercial and consumer services.

Heather Perkins is a product liability and mass torts partner in the Denver office, where she litigates and advises clients in product liability, trade secret, franchise and distribution, antitrust, and other complex commercial matters.

Brian Schnell is a corporate partner in the Minneapolis office, where he leads Faegre Drinker’s franchise and distribution practice. Schnell counsels both emerging and mature franchisors, ranging from companies with thousands of locations worldwide to companies in the initial stages of building franchise systems.

Lucie Guyot is a corporate counsel in the Boulder office, where she helps U.S. franchise companies widen their footprints and expand domestically and internationally. Guyot advises franchisor clients on M&A transactions as well as on day-to-day legal matters and assists other business clients with corporate law issues.
