FaegreBD’s Denver Office Moves to New Downtown Location

Faegre Baker Daniels has moved into its new Denver office at the Hines Building, located at 1144 15th Street, near the Denver Theatre District and historic Union Station.

The law firm signed a 58,000-square-foot lease in the 40-story building, which is the city’s fifth tallest and the first of its kind to be built in Denver in more than 30 years. The move allows the firm to further enhance its service to clients, while simultaneously providing a more modern work environment for employees.

In the new facility, FaegreBD fully occupies floors 34 and 35. The firm also occupies a portion of the 36th floor.

“The legal profession is quickly evolving and it’s important that we continue to modernize our approach to client service,” said Jared Briant, FaegreBD partner and leader of the firm’s Denver office. “We’re excited about our long-term commitment to the Hines Building and the state-of-the-art amenities this facility provides, including: innovative collaboration and conference room spaces, modern design aesthetics, and a centralized downtown location that will benefit both our clients and professionals.”

FaegreBD is one of the largest law firms in the region, with a 40-year history in Denver. The firm’s highly skilled corporate and intellectual property attorneys serve all types of businesses from emerging tech companies to large Fortune 500 companies across Colorado and beyond, as well as the institutions that finance and develop them.

In addition, FaegreBD’s litigation team practices in local and federal trial and appellate courts in Colorado and across the country, with specific strength in construction and real estate, environmental, eminent domain, intellectual property, product liability, class actions and commercial litigation.
