David Woolf Quoted in SHRM on Time-Off Programs

Philadelphia partner David Woolf was quoted in a SHRM article titled “How to Design a 21st Century Time-Off Program.” The article discusses companies that are experimenting with various time-off models. Facing increased competition for talent and additional regulatory requirements, many companies are reconsidering their current time-off models and offering increased flexibility.

Dave noted that a more diverse workforce is also leading employers to consider providing floating holidays. “This depends on the workforce and is more common where the workforce is more diverse religiously,” Dave said.
