Rhiannon Beckendorf Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Minneapolis

Rhiannon Beckendorf has joined the labor and employment group of Faegre Baker Daniels in the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Beckendorf’s legal knowledge and business judgment allow her to serve a variety of clients and anticipate their needs. Her perspective as former in-house counsel for an international company helps her provide comprehensive and effective solutions to clients’ labor and employment needs.

Beckendorf counsels clients through all aspects of the litigation process, focusing on labor and employment law. Her practice includes advising clients on employment and labor issues related to acquisitions and a wide range of other workplace issues, including employee hiring, discipline and discharge matters, accommodating qualified employees with disabilities, and complying with wage and hour and leave laws. She assists clients in drafting employment contracts, employee policies, employee handbooks and separation agreements.

Before joining FaegreBD, Beckendorf served as corporate counsel for an international health and wellness company, where she provided legal advice to senior business leaders regarding all facets of the business, including employment matters, technology initiatives and privacy compliance.

Beckendorf earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as the supervising editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
