Chicago partner Neil Olderman was quoted in Modern Healthcare’s recent outsourcing issue.

In the article “Extra Steps Needed for Successful Outsourcing Relationships,” Neil explains why additional oversight may be necessary to optimize outsourcing arrangements. For example, incentivizing vendors to maintain certain metrics can improve performance. He stresses the importance of assigning hospital employees experienced in managing vendors and vendor relationships.
