Corporate and Securities Group Assists Hamilton Lane in $200 Million IPO

The Corporate and Securities Group recently represented longtime firm client Hamilton Lane in an initial public offering (IPO) that raised gross proceeds of $203.2 million. The firm advised on all legal aspects of the IPO, including securities law compliance, corporate governance and deal structuring, tax matters, advice on equity compensation and investment adviser regulatory matters. The Drinker Biddle team included partners Jack Michel, Kim Rubel, Matt Meyers, Steve Hamilton, Howard Levine and Josh Deringer.
