Lynne Anderson’s LaborSphere Post Featured in HR Morning

Lynne Anderson’s LaborSphere article, “Jury Awards $51 Million to an Age Discrimination Plaintiff: What Can We Learn?” was highlighted in an HR Morning article titled, “Age discrimination verdict: Jury awards former employee a whopping $51 million.”

HR Morning described the case as another example of how getting caught for discrimination law violations can be costly for employers. The case described by Lynne, in which New Jersey jury awarded a Lockheed Martin engineer an astonishing $51 million after he claimed he was discriminated against based on his age, is thought to be one of the largest awards ever in a single plaintiff age discrimination case.
