Faegre Baker Daniels Boosts Immigration and Global Mobility Practice With New Hire

Faegre Baker Daniels has strengthened its immigration and global mobility practice with the recent addition of Claire Nilson, who brings nearly 15 years of international experience in the field of immigration law to her new role in the firm. In addition to her U.S. attorney licensure, Nilson is also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and as an attorney at law in Trinidad and Tobago. She has practiced immigration law in all three of the countries in which she is qualified as a lawyer.

Nilson has joined as an associate in the firm’s London office, where she will practice in the areas of U.K., U.S. and global immigration. A regular speaker at American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) conferences and other events, Nilson is invited frequently to share her expertise on complex global and U.S. immigration topics at major national and international engagements throughout the world. Claire has been nominated as one of the world’s leading corporate immigration lawyers in Who’s Who Legal every year since 2011.
