Fred Reish and Bruce Ashton Whitepaper Subject of PLANADVISER Article

Fred Reish and Bruce Ashton’s whitepaper, “Reasonable Fees Under the DOL’s Conflict of Interest Guidance,” was the subject of a PLANADVISER article titled, “Whitepaper Discusses Fee Reasonableness of Advisers.”

The whitepaper, commissioned by Fiduciary Benchmarks, covers fee reasonableness and the financial adviser’s obligation to the IRA and 401(k) plans they serve. It also highlights the new obligation under the best interest contract exemption (BICE) and other changing roles and expectations under the DOL’s conflict of interest regulation.
