Drinker Biddle Featured in British American Business Council of Philadelphia Newsletter

An article recently published in the BABC newsletter featured Drinker Biddle and its service to the London insurance market.  The article, “Drinker Biddle and the World’s Oldest Insurance Market,” discusses the history of the insurance market and the emergence of Lloyd’s, which is now the world’s oldest continuously active insurance market place. Drinker Biddle is Lloyd’s regulatory counsel in the United States, which is Lloyd’s single largest market today.

The article was published in advance of the mini-symposium the firm is hosting in London for claims and compliance professionals throughout the London market. The mini-symposium, which will occur in March, will help London-based insurance professionals better understand the U.S. legal system and effectively manage U.S. claim disputes.
