Bob Stoll Quoted in Law360’s “Voices of the Bar”

Washington, D.C. partner and co-chair of the Intellectual Property group Bob Stoll was quoted in the most recent Law360 “Voices of the Bar” article titled, “Do The Proposed AIA Rule Changes Go Far Enough?” The article discussed the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s recently proposed set of rules for America Invents Act reviews that would allow patent owners to introduce expert testimony, yet leaving other aspects of proceedings unchanged.

Bob gave his insight on the matter, praising the office’s efforts while also recommending that it propose other changes.

The “Voices of the Bar” series, for which Bob is a panelist, features concise and timely commentary from chosen leading experts in intellectual property law.
