Jonathan Epstein Quoted in the Times of Trenton on Princeton University Win

A Princeton office Real Estate Litigation Team led by partner Jon Epstein secured another significant victory for Princeton University in a decision reported by the Times of Trenton.

Superior Court Judge Douglas Hurd upheld the Princeton Regional Planning Board's site-plan approval of Princeton University’s $325 million arts and transit project across from McCarter Theatre.  Princeton partner Rich Goldman represents the University on the project development approvals, including the challenged site-plan approval.

Speaking to the Times of Trenton, Jon said the judge rejected the plaintiffs' arguments challenging the site-plan approval in their entirety and dismissed the complaint.

"It's one of several huge victories that we've had in this ongoing legal battle with the objectors who are trying to thwart the university's project," he said.

In all, the objectors filed five cases challenging the approvals and the University has prevailed on each of the cases at the trial level and on appeal.
