Jon Epstein Quoted in Times of Trenton Article

Princeton, New Jersey RPIC Jonathan Epstein was quoted in the Times of Trenton article, “Judge rules in favor or Princeton University in legal batter over Arts and Transit Project, Dinky Station.” The article reports on a ruling by a New Jersey judge in favor of our client Princeton University against the objectors seeking to stop the University’s $330 million arts and transit project. The project transforms the area around the former Dinky rail station to an arts neighborhood with a mix of educational buildings, shops and restaurants.

“This is a very significant win for the university in the ongoing litigation with the objectors who have filed multiple lawsuits challenging all aspects of the university arts and transit project,” said Jon, who is an attorney representing Princeton University.

Jon said that he considers the ruling the biggest victory for the University in these cases to date, because it upholds the ordinance that allowed the University’s project to proceed. The opponents have filed several suits to try and stop the construction work, none of which have been successful so far.
