Ken Dort Quoted in Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

Chicago partner Ken Dort was quoted in Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in an article titled, “Experts: Personal Data Not Secure on Health Insurance Exchanges.”

The article discussed how the exchanges created under the Affordable Care Act are working to improve the protection of personal data submitted by individuals applying for health coverage.

Regarding the question of risk thresholds, Ken noted that “One hundred percent security is impossible.  The name of the game is risk minimization.”
