Faegre Baker Daniels Advises Impendium Shareholders on Sale to Deutsche Börse

International law firm Faegre Baker Daniels LLP has advised the individual sellers of London-based Impendium Systems Limited on its sale to Deutsche Börse Market Data + Services.

Impendium Systems is an enterprise software firm which deploys cloud-based software solutions to help customers achieve regulatory compliance in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

Deutsche Börse is one of the world's leading data and technology service providers for the securities industry with a product and service offering for issuers, investors, intermediaries and data vendors.

The FaegreBD corporate team advising Impendium on this sale was led by partner Paul Finlan and associate Nick Jennings. Amy Coburn, corporate associate, and trainee solicitor Frankie Cooke also assisted on the deal whilst partner Alex Denny handled the employment aspects. Deutsche Börse was advised on the transaction by Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP.
