Bob Stoll Appointed to Federal Circuit Advisory Council

Washington, D.C., partner Bob Stoll was appointed today to the Federal Circuit Advisory Council for a three-year term.
The Advisory Council for the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit was established pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2077(b) to review, study, and make recommendations regarding the rules of practice and internal operating procedures of the court. The Advisory Council also serves as a conduit between the public and the court regarding the court's procedural rules.
Bob, the former Commissioner of Patents, is co-chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. In 2012, he received Managing Intellectual Property magazine’s lifetime achievement in intellectual property award.
