Faegre Drinker represented Onyx Enterprises Int’l Corp, a leading ecommerce platform for niche markets focused on the auto parts space, in a business combination with Legacy Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The now combined, publicly-traded company, was renamed to PARTS iD, Inc. and trades under the new ticker symbol “ID.”
Legacy Acquisition Corp. was a predominantly minority-led SPAC formed to recapitalize, acquire assets, purchase and exchange stocks, and enact mergers or business combinations.
