Joint Venture Negotiates Reinsurance Transactions

Enstar and Enhanzed Re, a newly formed joint venture between Enstar, Allianz and Hillhouse Capital, negotiated reinsurance transactions whereby Enhanzed Re reinsured certain liabilities of Allianz and its affiliates. Our firm represented the joint venture in the negotiations.
