City of Fort Wayne Develops Ash Skyline Mixed-Use Building

United States - Indiana

The City of Fort Wayne developed the Ash Skyline mixed-use building in downtown Fort Wayne. Our firm advised the city in the development, creating a multifaceted development structure that allowed for the creation of a new corporate headquarters office building, a new high-rise residential building, new streetscape retail and restaurant space, and a 1.000-space parking structure on the same footprint. The overall financing of the project required the firm to coordinate tax increment finance, tax abatement, and state and federal tax credits, as well as to serve as bond counsel for the issuance of municipal lease revenue bonds to support the construction of the parking structure.
