Indenture Trustee Commences Actions to Avoid Transfers to Private Equity Sponsors

The indenture trustee for notes issued by the Greek telecom Hellas commenced actions in the New York Supreme Court to avoid nearly $1 billion of transfers in a failed dividend recap to private equity sponsors Apax and TPG. Richard Bernard represented the indenture trustee in the matter.
