North America - United States | North America | United States - Tennessee

The franchisor of an elderly care provider company secured a preliminary injunction enforcing covenant not to compete against a former franchisee. The injunction ordered the franchisee to cease using the franchisor’s trade name and service marks, and ordered the return of the franchisor’s proprietary information.
