Overview

Ya Wang focuses her practice on investment management fund matters. She works on various fund types and structures, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, interval funds, tender offer funds, and insurance company variable insurance products. She advises clients on ongoing regulatory compliance, preparation of various regulatory filings, fund board governance, fund formation, fund reorganization, and service provider and platform agreements.

Prior Experience

Ya completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Andrew B. Altenberg, Jr., in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey in 2020.

Ya was a summer associate with the firm in 2021.
