A Faegre Drinker team led by Jillian Bosmann advised client The RBB Fund (RBB) in the successful launch and trade of a multi-share class structure with both a mutual fund share class and an exchange-traded fund (ETF) share class with investment management firm F/m Investments. This is the first launch of its kind under the modern Securities and Exchange Commission exemptive order, marking a significant milestone in the financial services sector.
RBB is an ETF and mutual fund solution that oversees approximately $40 billion in assets, supporting 21 separate investment advisers, over 20 unaffiliated sub-advisers, and a family of over 70 mutual funds and ETFs.
“The team’s capabilities, dedication, and hard work were integral in bringing this innovative structure to market.” said RBB president Steven Plump.
The team led by Bosmann also included investment management partners Gwendolyn Williamson and Leila Vaughan and associates Amanda Rudolph, Ya Wang and Jessica Himes.
